Classe 83, più di 10 anni di esperienza live sui palchi di tutta Italia, oStile17 al secolo Gianluca Montagna è sicuramente una personalità decisamente versatile e trasversale.
Dal Punk/Rock, al Crossover, al Post-Grunge, fino all'indie/electro/wave. Questo è stato il tortuoso percorso che ha affrontato come voce di svariate band (tra le quali Soundmachine, oggi invece con i Before We Die - http://www.facebook.com/beforewedieofficial, e Polosid).
Attività di selecta cominciata in radio col programma AllGothic in onda su Radio Zammù dal 2006 al 2010.
Fondatore dell'organizzazione di eventi Electro Body Katane (darkwave / EBM / Industrial), cofondatore del progetto HARD NOIZ - Extreme Electronic Area (http://www.facebook.com/hardnoiz) e attualmente dj resident al Barbara Disco Lab e Barbara Beach (oggi BITCH) di Catania come selecta Rock/Electro.

Hail to the Kitchen!” (The Prisoner Records / Audioglobe) is the title of the new album of TARICK1, the electronic project led by Andrea Calcagno, producer, DJ and musician, former bassist of the bands Laghisecchi and Numero6.

The album was released on May 25th, 2012 and the first single chosen –  ”Il pasto di Varsavia” – is a collaboration with the band Magellano.
The project TARICK1 was born in 1998 thanks Andrea’s  passion for electronic music and the golden age of the Italian disco music.

After a series of gigs and productions, Tarick1′s first album was realeased in 2006  (“Il dischetto rosso di Tarick1″ on Green Fog label) and obtained good feedbacks from audiences and critics, thanks to the innovative and funny video “Gotcha see you”.

Tarick1 toured around Italy and performed at some of the most important italian festival such as the Traffic Festival in Turin 2007 and Kaleidoskope Naples Festival the same year.  During this period Tarick1 started to work at the second album that became’ ‘ HAIL TO THE KITCHEN!”.
Many artistic collaborations with friends musicians  made this record a kaleidoscope of voices and sounds:  from Tommaso Cerasuolo from the band Perturbazione, to Alberto Pernazza from EX-OTAGO and FILOQ from Magellano, plus the legendary funky voice BOBBY SOUL, the drag queen PENELOPE PLEASE, and the new revelation of the Giulia Sarpero from labelmates Kramers.

A clever mix of  electro, funk, pop and vintage sounds which maybe reminds of the first Daft Punk but also the latest  Scissors Sisters.
