Painkiller overdose deaths decreased by an average of 25% after medical legalization in every state it's been passed in, according to a study reported on by CNN. 

Time magazine reported that deaths from intoxicated driving have also decreased in those same states at those same times, and their educated hypothesis is that cannabis users tend to, as a result of the effects of cannabis, use less of what ever else they use, whether it is painkillers for medical reasons, or alcohol for recreational purposes. This accounts for the drop in deaths, and the pushback from the incredibly wealthy who don't Fucking Feel Like making the transition from selling painkillers and forest lumber to selling cannabis medicine and hemp fibers, they simply want to wait as long as possible to lose as little short term revenue as possible. Enough of us are Not idiots that we can fix this, in every state. Help me do that by showing people the image for this profile, it shows various medical uses of various compounds found in cannabis.
