The small guitar riff solo in the middle of the song totally sets it off. I added some effects to the vocals, and chopped out a small section of the acapella, and repeated it in a few sections

"Baby I’m back" ft Akon and instrumentals from the Dream "Falsetto" REMIX

This is a remix of Kanye West's "Classic" with The Dream's "Falsetto" Uptempo version. The Acapella had Vocals from NaS and KRS1. I also threw in DMX acapellas, Tupac and Kurupt lyrics from "Still Ball'n" as Well as Snoop Dogg. The Snoop Acapella isn't of good quality, so i'm not happy with the clarity of his voice, but i just left it. The MP3 also has a small sample from Eric B.

I added some instrumentals (two "twinkley" type key sounds). I added a bass beat to it but deleted it for this Mp3 as it sounded too loaded up. I'm really happy with what the two keys i used added to the beat. Makes it sound chilled out.

I also included some small audio effects to Snoops voice and Kanye's voice at the end.

Mariah Carey Remix. I threw in Method Man, and a few bits from Beyonce, i also put a few small PittBull Samples in there.

I rearranged a few things, and repeated a few vocals from Nicki and Mariah. I also added a few small effects.

Mariah Carey Ft Nicki Minaj "Up Out My Face" Remix TomB MP3

This is a mash up of the original "Hey DJ" by World Famous Supreme Team, and the Instrumentals from "Hey AZ", i repeated a few "aha's" throughout, choped up the original a little to keep in on cue, and tied in Montel Jordan's "this is how we do it" at the start to then lead intot he full song at the end.

I might do another one with a slight variation to the vocals from the Supreme Team's original version. I tried to find an acapella of a lighter shade of browns edition but couldn't find it.

this is a quick remix i did last night, uploaded during lunch ;) i like it, the original beat is good so you don't need to do too much to it to make it sound contemporary.

TomB’s Massive "The Roof is on Fire!!" mega mix

This is a video remix of an earlier audio remix i did with Ableton Live 7. The audio i used was the following:
-Instrumentals from NaS "Street Dreams"
-Acapella from Michael Jackson's "They don't care about us"
-An Audio sample from the Brasil Favela video edition of MJ's "they don't care about us" (i used the drums sample, reapeated throughout)
-Acapella from Michael Jackson's "History" the audio sample i used was the part at the start.
-An audio sample of "El Pueblo Unido Jamas Sera Vencido" which is a political protest song which translate to English to "The People United Will Never be Defeated"

i chopped up some of the acapella from "they don't care about us", repeated a few MJ breathing effects and added some effects also.

Michael Jackson Ft. NaS instrumentals "They don't care about us" TomasB Remix v4

16 Minute + set. has a good beat build up and kind of feels like a good dance/party mix. MP3 can be downloaded from soundcloud. This came out pretty good i recon. Hope you like it. Starts of a bit trancey, but then builds up to a harder beat. For some reason it ended up being some sort of a Mardi Gras feeling beat lol WTF?!...Kylie Minogue, Pet Shop Boys, and some of Darude's lyrics in "next to you" can be interpreted as double meaning.... lol i should of thrown in George Michael to make it super camp lol (not that there is anything wrong with that, like they said in Seinfeld) anyway, i recon it sounds tight.

        i threw in Kylie and Pet Shop boys at this point as i thought it would of gone good together, considering they are both popular "icons" to some people.

TomasB "Happy Go-Lucky" Mega Trance/Dance mix

This is a remix of 50-wanker-dickhead-cent's "Ok you're right" the beat is really good so i mixed it in with Tupac's "Still Ball'n". I threw in a sample from Eminem's "'Till i Collapse" at the start as well as a sample from Tupac's "Komradz" at the start. I threw in a few gunshot sound effects as it seems to go well with the heavy beat of the instrumentals from "ok you're right"

  This is a Remix of Ja Rule's New York. I threw in Alicia Keys and NaS as well as a sample which is at the start and end by True life. The start has a "new York" sample repeated, as well as re aranged acapellas from Alicia Keys. i repeated some samples throughout, and i also overlayed the acapella section of Alicia Keys to get a duet type effect. You might notice at the end especially. Audio quality of the Alicia Keys and NaS acapella i got isn't good so it sounds a bit crackly :(
