Nawuel Dash – probably the only artist ever know named after a My Little
Pony character.
- Yes, that’s actually a true story. My daughter Gloria gave me
the nickname after the My Little Pony character Rainbow Dash. I
can’t say I see the resemblance yet I love my daughter and to
tell you a secret, I kind of like it.
Nawuel Dash knows how to engage his audience. The Funk-Pop-Electro
sensation has a natural way of just doubtlessly knowing what buttons to
push. Listening to his music is a bit like “Yeah, I’ve heard this
before!” only to realize you’re listening to the soundtrack of all your
happy dreams. Greatness is always expected from him yet there’s no
way of knowing exactly in what way his next song will empower you.
