San Miguel’s musical signature is defined by his various interests and influences of his travels through time and space which manifests itself into a soundscape of hypnotic spheres and deep driven basses. Often combined with folkloric elements and a range of organic instruments, his sound weaves unique tales that carries the audience gently and straight into an ecstatic dance experience. 

He is a master for clashing the styles and shows a deep instinct for timing and suspense as he draws a bow throughout his mixes that will move any dance-floor that thrives on powerful global beats and psychedelic rhythms. 

That special composition led him release his own productions on labels such as Lump Records, Underyourskin Records, Pipe & Pochet, LNDKHN, Cosmic Awakenings, Serafin Audio Imprint and Souq Records.

Together with LaniRose (@lanirose_monada), he launched his second electronic music label and sonic community „MŎNɅDɅ“ (@monada-project) in 2018, based by the philosophical monad as expression of the pure eternal essence which exists in every living being. 

Featuring talents from all over the earth, the label provides a playground for hand-picked and visionary sounds, expressing multicultural and contemporary beauty in modern simplicity.

Nature is, in so many ways, a genius artist. From my point of view, the sky is one of its most amazing masterpiece! It becomes painting, literature and music all together and touches each of us in a different, always powerful, way. 

Turning the head up at the sky, by a clear night, being astonished by the beauty of the stars and feeling giddy by their quantity. Looking heavenward, at night, if possible from a peaceful, quiet and dark place, is a pleasure I think I will never get tired of. From balcony before heading bed or getting out of a tent early morning before climbing a summit, there is always something magic about this celestial roof. Watching the stars... It’s fascinating, it’s our roots and our future, it’s infinity and more you think about it, more huge, inspiring and terrifying this becomes. It’s simple, obvious, there since ever and simultaneously so vast, complex and in permanent transformation

My version of a night sky full of stars is mixing a traditional mandolin with an electronic background, the cover picture is from MaKo and my thoughts are put in words by Alihossi.
