XOVA (pronounced Crossover) are a multi-genre band who fuse Pop with a modern mix of Reggae, Rock, Ska, Indie, Motown and folk.
The past few years have seen the six-piece perform support slots for The Spin Doctors, The Beat, The Selector, The Dualers, and Ali Campbell (UB40), and The Moulettes, between their own tour dates. With an ever-growing live reputation, they won a slot at the 2013 "Isle of Wight" Festival from over 3,000 entrants as one of the best unsigned bands in the UK.

Fired up by social and political unrest as well as affairs of the heart, this year sees XOVA releasing a new remix of "You're to Blame" from their first album "The Pressures of Life" and re-launching the single "Little Lion" in aid of the charity "Crohn's and Colitis UK". Their best Single release to date "9 Lives" has earned and gained them lots of Radio airplay on many Stations around the World, along with adoring Fans who Love their music.
The band are now Signed to Bournemouth UK label "Streets Music".
New album "Synchronise Your Leaders" along with a video for their new single, due to be released soon, with a 2015 Tour to support the album.


I'm a songwriter and guitar player. I'm not really a singer, but I sing anyway. I have a rock band elsewhere, but these songs I wanted to do alone, since I didn't want to make any compromises. All songs are written by me and performed by me. For drums I used a drum machine, but all the guitars and bass tracks I played by myself - and all the vocal tracks including background vocals are sung by me.

It would be cool to do these in a decent studio with guidance of professionals, but these I have recorded in my home studio with a couple of mics, PC and Cockos Reaper. I hope you don't mind the quality. I know I am not a professional in anything to do with music.

I'm a singer songwriter going by the name Ed Lee! I've been writing for about 17 years and this is a small selection of some of the tunes I've written over the years.
I play live regularly in central Scotland, though I'm always looking to play anywhere I'm wanted. I think music is always best enjoyed and appreciated in a live environment.
I've got so many influences I wouldn't even know where to begin, I'll instead just say that all music is inspirational.
I enjoy listening to other unsigned acts to hear all the beautiful songs you don't hear on mainstream forums/radio & tv, and that maybe should be given a bit more attention!

DISSONANCE, THE NEW EP - OUT NOW.

Native Braves are a distinctively dark and brooding alt-rock band. Their first release, ‘Blood Orange / Self Assemble’, demonstrated this unique sound with critical acclaim. Now, their debut EP ‘Dissonance’ (July 2015) is the first offering from Lincolnshire ‘Post-indie’ quintet since their line-up changes at the start of 2015. 

The EP is the culmination of months of experimentation with sound and genre boundaries, the result of which is a record that exhibits the band’s towering, sombre sound with a heavier edge while retaining pop sensibilities. 

Taking influence from Post-punk; Joy Division, Editors, Echo and the Bunnymen and enthusing these melancholic sounds with modern indie/alt-rock influences from the likes of Foals, Alt-J and The 1975 – Native Braves have created a truly individual sound that is reminiscent of the soulful 80’s/early 90’s indie scene with the immensity and gall of the modern rock and indie scenes, a creation they call Post-indie.
