This song was born from a journey of getting to know my inner lover and the Sacred Feminine within me. It came through during a time of allowing myself to feel and embrace shame, insecurity, disconnection from pleasure, and fear of intimacy. It was liberating to acknowledge and express these emotions that I had been hiding from myself and others for many years. At the same time, I was calling forth my inner goddess in the form of the lover archetype and the qualities of beauty, sensuality, pleasure, presence, vulnerability, and passion. I was very inspired by a year-long priestess training that guided me to explore and embody the 13 archetypes of the Goddess, including the Lover. On another level, I was also calling in an actual physical lover to share pleasure and intimacy with in a way that was nurturing and healing. And it worked :-)

El Sound Healing o sanación a través del sonido es un conjunto de prácticas que utilizan estímulos sonoros —frecuencias, vibraciones, tonos sostenidos y paisajes sonoros— con el objetivo de favorecer la regulación psicofisiológica, la relajación y el bienestar emocional. Desde una perspectiva contemporánea, se lo comprende como un recurso complementario que actúa sobre el sistema nervioso a través de mecanismos de resonancia, sincronización rítmica y modulación de la atención, facilitando estados de calma, introspección y autorregulación, sin sustituir abordajes psicológicos o médicos basados en evidencia.
