Larch mourning

Verse 1:
I feel so tired and drained today,
i can not further move Nor can i (longer)stay.
Only bitter sap flows through my roots.
I have shed almost all my leaves and left them to the wind.

Verse 2:
In spring, my buds gave off a sweetening haze.
My splendour shone in imposing colourful grace.
Once I bore splendid fruit at my branches maze.
Countless creatures came and bathed in the shade of my place.
Now It feels like i‘ve Not been to sleep for years
And I deeply lack connection with my trusted well known Peers.

Chorus:
The furrows of my bark become deeper with the years.
It feels like I'm drying up from the salt of tears.
Crude intervention in nature has a high price
For disrupting the Peace of My Life 
there‘s no apropriate apologyze.

I raised my kids and I felt really fertile

gloom from the neighbors
I’ll get my car fixed and I’ll do you a favor
Next time there nothin’ to do on a Sunday
I’ll take us to a meadow where we can all play
