With a focus on bass-heavy sounds from all genres, the imprint is ready to deliver some incredible music in 2016.  After the success of our initial releases from KLIENT and HYPHO we have brought Leeds producer JOEDAN to the label for the savage bass assault of ‘Blatant Murder’.

The lead track is a brutal attack of raw bass and pulsating drums that sounds deceptively simple in its delivery yet is totally devastating on the dancefloor. This is followed up by ‘Cardboard Box’, a malevolent mix of techno and garage that is crafted with precision for dark, confined club environments only. The title track is remixed in style by rising star MIND OF A DRAGON, who mutates the original into a bubbling garage monster complete with shape-shifting bassline and discordant FX. Rinse FM stalwart DAPPA takes a more dubbed-out approach, creating a 4X4 roller that doubles as an incendiary device. Grime mastermind GUNDAM closes the EP off with his deadly re-fix warping the bassline into strange new forms across a full-on percussive beatdown.

With a trio of monster releases from KLIENT, HYPHO and JOEDAN already tearing up clubs across the world this year, we turn to NEGATIV to deliver our next salvo of futuristic bass.

The Polish duo have been honing their craft for some time now with an innate sense of what really works in a club environment, and with ‘Singularity’ they provide that knowledge with a dark and deadly 4X4 rhythm designed to turn up the heat on any discerning dancefloor.

UK producer PELIKANN steps into the fray on the digital flip’s collaboration, with ‘Banshee’ living up to its name as a monster of a track. Seeping malevolence out of every byte, retrofitted jungle percussion is strapped to a gargantuan bassbin warhead that will punish sound systems and the tread on clubbers footwear alike.

Up and coming duo BARELY ROYAL & BUNNIE transform the latter track into a buzzing rave anthem, twisting the bassline into strange new mutations. Label alumni HYPHO completes the release with a deep and mesmerizing reconstruction of the same track into a pulsating half-step roller.

They entered the warehouse. D-class leadys were loading material and weapons on surface carts. Cranes and derricks were working busily everywhere. The work was done with efficiency, but without hurry or excitement.

For the first release of 2017 we double down with the Scottish & Polish powerhouse duo KLIENT returning to deliver their unique take on bass-heavy club destruction. 

‘Sephiroth’ sees them team up with respected producer ARKA for this darkly malevolent love letter to the most infamous of all video game bosses. Utilising choice snippets of dialogue against a blistering half-step rhythm, the track builds from sinister beginnings into a tormenting bass salvo that will leave mild-mannered clubbers questioning their own sanity. 

On the digital flip ‘Creed’ provides an equally punishing workout for your speakers, combining staccato percussion and a bassline purposely designed with the malicious intent of splitting your chestplate in half.
