We exist to feel. 

I explore my feelings even more deeply through the process of making music. That's why I started this emotion self-study. I challenge myself to jam a track in under an hour every day by using my analog music gear only. There is no post-processing, no mixing, no mastering, just a pure one-take recording. Then I reflect on the feeling I get when listening and when I mentally review the day.
