Currently, (2014-2016) ShikshAdLe is Mary Hilkey(Vocals/ Lyrics) and James A. Hilkey. (Guitars, drum tracks, mixing)Couple Married May 2016. All songs written and recorded at their home.  Shikshadle formed in Dec. 1999 in Boise ID. Mary is a founding member of Shikshadle. James comes from a long musical and band history formerly in such bands as Hatefist, Drown Mary, Sporicyde, and Agony Of Deceit. They began writing and recording music at home on a BOSS, BR-8 track, teamed up with computer programs, and have since upgraded some of the recording process for easier home recording and editing.
  This band went from a garage punk band, to a heavy thrash metal/punk, with influences from the street. James has brought a strong element of groove to the music. Sludge. Mary's lyrics and vocals are heartfelt and genuine, not to be understood by all, yet not written out of pure imagination. Take from them what you will.... 
  ShikshAdLe , the band, was started in 1999 by Mary and friends. After a four year run, they disbanded. Recordings by ShikshAdLe keep popping up on compilation albums distributed nationwide in America and in other countries as well.
