It's been a long road to music for Greg Maness, known as Goodtime Greg. From his youth outside of Washington, DC  freestyling in ciphers to the release of his first EP, FINALLY, there was a 20-year gap. Along the way, a wilderness program in the Utah desert, a college degree in history, a failed acting career, and lots of dead end jobs. Music had always called him, but it took a mushroom-enhanced wake up call in Joshua Tree to realize he had never acted on his calling. Now with the GOD & DRUGS EP, his third release in less than 2 years, Greg is making music from his life and experiences -- pain, spirituality, and substance abuse -- and turning them into something honest & wholly his own.
