My god did that smell good! 

My first time jamming on & playing with the Koala sampler app on iPad. This was fun! Sampled from Porkchop sandwiches GIJoe PSA, NSYNC's Bye Bye Bye, and just random sounds I made with my mouth and with various things around the house.

Built from late-night drafts and the calloused hand.

I tune the room’s pulse, then I sharpen the mix.

Stage smoke swirling, I’m a lighthouse beam,
Guide lost voices to the shore of a dream.
Cuts like a scalpel through the noise and the hype,
Let the kick write laws while the snares type.
Hunger in my lungs, purpose in my pitch,
Turn pain into gold with a crossfade switch.
When the crowd goes silent, I still won’t flinch—
I bend time on the beat till the seconds pinch.

august has been a great run for me. all hitters in my opinion. took a few days off and let this one sit a bit and marinate.
