Minimalist Piano

I consider this an exercise in tempo changes and time signatures. It begins in 4/4 and changes into 3/4 with a basic and very recognizable waltz rhythm. I had loads of fun working on this!

I spontaneously sat down at the piano today and this is what happened. A few weird chord progressions, but I think it works! Let me know what you think!

Melancholy Piano

I sat down at the piano, playing something very simple, and found myself finding something that sounded kinda nice. An excercise in some kind of minimalistic ambient music for piano and strings that turned out somewhat nicely.

Piano and Strings

With this I tried going for some simple sustained notes with a easy repeating melody. I think the end result is a somewhat calm and moody piano piece that isn't too hard to listen to.

Moody Piano Improvisation

This is something I practiced playing for a while before I eventually managed to record this version which I'm pretty satisfied with. It reminds me of a piece of music that I can't really put my finger on where it is from.

Stuck In Limbo - A Calm Piano Recording

This is my first ever full orchestra project that I have tried to compose, and boy was it fun working on this! I'm really very pleased with the stereo image and all the panning of the instruments and such. I hope you all like the composition as much as I enjoyed working with it!
