Needs No Sleep has emerged from the darkness to put out some of the freshest deeper sounds on the Australian club circuit. Having captured dance floors with releases on This Ain't Bristol, HEXAGON, Be Rich, ASTRX and Uprise, he’s so far picked up support from the likes of Triple J, Dancing Astronaut and Data Transmission. 

Collaborating with the likes of Lucati, MKJAY and Sophiegrophy, Needs No Sleep now withstands more than 1,000,000 streams on Spotify and has made several appearances in the Australian Club chart most notably taking out the #1 spot. His music is frequently supported, including DJ spins from the likes of Claptone, AC Slater, Claud vonStroke, Shiba San, Billy Kenny, Kyle Watson, DJ Craze, Tough Love, Vanilla Ace and The Aston Shuffle.

A familiar figure in the entertainment industry, GemStarr’s passion for music propelled him to take on his very first residency as a junior DJ at dbl O Singapore in 2007. After which, he secured more residencies at Singapore’s most renowned clubs and mega clubs between 2012 to 2019 such as Zirca, DREAM, Fenix Room, Suite26, Bang Bang and Altimate,. Occasionally, he also dropped guest acts in DXO Club, Mink, and The Butter Factory.

Besides killing the nights in the clubs, GemStarr was also invited to perform as a Guest DJ in festivals such as the Siloso countdown Beach Party 2010, Asia’s largest countdown party.

Wherever GemStarr is, there is always high levels of energy from the crowed, as he is well known for his ability to engage the audience, keeping them entertained, and packing the dance floor till the end of the show.

GemStarr also played alongside with international rap artists such as Soulja Boy, Ja Rule, and Fabulous, DJ Mag Top 100 DJs such as Sick Individuals and Rave Republic, and lastly, internationally renowned DJs such as TRIPL, Dada Life, Promised Land, Clinton Sparks, Ruckus, Beatbreaker, Marnik, J Espinosa and Bangkok Invaders.

GemStarr’s versatility in music genres gives him to ability to capture the attention of audiences from all backgrounds. He is able to adapt to demands of different crowds, making him a well-loved DJ wherever he performs.

Throughout the years, GemStarr has built his name to become a prominent figure in the night scene. Today, he continues to bring his exemplary performances to Bang Bang, Yang Club and Wan Club Singapore. On top of the achievements in nightlife, he also founded the Ministry of DJs in 2005, where it grew to become the top DJ school in Singapore.

Based in Singapore as the “go to” DJ, Producer, Curator for as wide of a spectrum of nightlife and food & beverage industries as one could possibly imagine.  If he’s not DJing the latest and greatest nightclub venues and luxury lifestyle brands around Asia, he’s curating the audio ambience for some of the most respected and reputable dinning establishments of Asia’s has to offer.  

Originally from Miami where he performed at some of the cities most legendary nightclubs, Patrick Oliver accepted an invite from Ministry of Sound London to relocate to Asia to helm their Kuala Lumpur mega club, Euphoria.  Moving onto the ultra-luxe Pangaea in Singapore, he served as their resident DJ.  Now Patrick holds international residencies at Sky Garcen Bali, M1nt Shanghai, Boujis Hong Kong, and Gibson’s Frankfurt.  Patrick is the trusted event DJ for brands such as Channel, Tiffany’s & Co, Longchamp, Louis Vuitton, Marina Bay Sands, Dow Jones, and Redbull Racing.  As a resident of the F1 racing circuit party brand Podium Lounge he has performed in Monaco, Abu Dhabi, and Melbourne.  Other notable venues include Redbull Racing’s paddock club, Boujis London, and several festival performances opening up for the likes of Kaskade and Deadmau5.  Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santo Domingo, and Tokyo are also cities he has performed in previously. 

When he’s not behind the decks, he is programing music for prestigious celebrity chef restaurant such as Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, Daniel Boulud’s DB Bistro, David Thompson’s Long Chim, and Mario Batali’s Mozza.  

With a series of loved podcasts and a loyal fan base, Patrick Oliver’s diverse yet cutting edge sound is not one to be missed in performance.

In 2009 he had his first residency at Hyde Bar in Boat Quay. After 6 months of regularly playing there, he got his first major club gig (St James Powerhouse), at the age of 17 only. After the great success of that event he then got his own night "No Student Is Perfect Feat. DJ Mad Mat" at, The Butter Factory. Following that night, he played at Zirca Megaclub (former Ministry of Sound club) alongside 3x DMC champion DJ Inquisitive and at the F1 Pit Building alongside DJ/Model Nicole Chen. He has also played at events such as "Fresh Spring Break" held at Wavehouse. On several occasions, Mathias has also played at Bali’s number 1 club, Sky Garden. His other gigs include playing for the prestigious Ministry of Sound during their Singapore tour and opening for the Trouse Brothers at the 5th best club in the world (DJ Mag listing), Zouk. In August, Fashion TV flew him out to 2 massive events held in Indonesia: The Fashion TV party in Bintan, and Jakarta where he played in the X2 mega club for the official grand launching of F-Vodka. In December 2011, Mathias Schell headlined a Dance Music Festival supported by Fashion TV, held in Indonesia. The Festival featured renowned local acts such as Riri Mestica, Romy and Winky.&#13;
Despite his age (19) he has already rocked a number of major clubs (Zouk, The Butter Factory, Zirca, Powerhouse, Wavehouse, Indochine) in Singapore and surprised numerous people with his crazy and energetic shows. &#13;

On the production side, he released his first double E.P "Playmate/Guia" on Mythoz Records on 04/01/12. A week later he was Number 4 on the Top 100 Progressive House Releases that week on Beatport.&#13;
