The new EP by Paulo Foltz leads you to an immersion into the subtle world, between reality and imagination, seeking the connection with the extraordinary. The title track, 'Esoteric Ritual', introduces you to the initiation ritual, putting you in a state of peace and serenity as you are prepared for the journey. In this state of attention to subtleties, your crown chakra opens and you are about to have an Astral Projection, you feel light, connected to the whole and are now being carried away, flying higher and faster, you can observe the himself and everyone from above, something divine has revealed itself and now you can explore the universe, admire and wake up, Magnific! But ... after a few moments you enter into a 'Labyrinth Of The Mind', danger, you must discern imagination from reality, a siren reminds you that it’s time to wake up, the challenge now is to get out of the labyrinth of ego, tension, for a moment your mind deceives you, but you transcend and now you are home again, planet Earth, the ritual’s purpose  is fulfilled and from now on you is an initiate.

He defines his sound as a mix of Ambient Techno & Techno with solid kick drums, hypnotic pads and abstract melodies. His first EP “Another Memories” is getting ready to be released soon on Bandcamp independently. His references are Recondite & Plangent Records, Rødhåd, Vril, Vaal, amongst others.

During the summer of 2013, the idea of creating a joint composition came up at a small friends gathering. The name of this formation got to be known as ‘Dubecticut’. After a few months, working in a common garage serving as their own home studio, they began to gain a growing determination and creativity. From summer of 2019 Dubecticut became to a single formation, because they have to live in different cities.

His goal is to create a new type of electronic music with a wholly different approach, using the combination of different styles of electronic music which touches people on a daily basis, and that also creates a new sort of relationship between people and music. Among his long term plans is the development of his live act productions, this is expected to raise their music to a new level and bond a tighter relationship with the audience. Live act production means a kind of ‘musical puzzle’ which is brought about by putting his own music together live thus creating a sensational vibration and buzz.

In the field of music, he relies on high quality music only; meaning that 100 percent effort is put into each and every soundtrack they make. His motto is therefore that ‘you ought to do your best at the level where you are and strive to keep developing yourself’. After university, he participated in a sound master training where he could learn all the necessary skills and techniques that would help him create music at a high level in the future.

Tom Relio vient de Pont Saint Esprit, une petite ville du sud de la France où il commence La musique à la batterie à l'âge de 10 ans.
En 1997, il se passionne pour l'art du mix et devient Dj. Au fil des années, attiré par le scratch/beat jungling, il se lance dans le Turnatblism avec lequel il fera plusieurs concours locaux et nationaux, comme le  "Match 3 Gemini Tour 2004", ou il obtient une belle 2eme place, derrière Dj Fly (double champion du monde DMC).
C'est en 2010 que Tom se consacre entièrement à la musique Electronique, Plus précisément, dans La Minimal/Techno.
En 2015, il se lance dans la composition pour regrouper toutes ses inspirations, ses styles de musique et univers différents dans un même son.
Il signe son premier EP "Bash" sous le label GNE Music en 2017, puis rejoint en 2019 le label Findike Records et la Web Radio Allemande Cosmosradio.de dans laquelle il est devient résident.
En 2021 il rejoint le label Dark Hooks Records avec 2 nouveaux EP percutants.

Tom Relio comes from Pont Saint Esprit, a small town in the south of France where he started Music on drums at the age of 10.
In 1997, he became passionate about the art of mixing and became a DJ. Over the years, attracted by the scratch / beat jungling, he embarked on Turnatblism with which he will make several local and national competitions, such as the "Match 3 Gemini Tour 2004", where he obtains a nice 2nd place, behind Dj Fly (double DMC world champion).
It was in 2010 that Tom devoted himself entirely to Electronic music, more precisely, in La Minimal / Techno.
In 2015, he embarked on composition to bring together all his inspirations, styles of music and different universes in the same sound.
He signed his first EP "Bash" under the GNE Music label in 2017, then joined in 2019 the Findike Records label and the German Web Radio Cosmosradio.de in which he became a resident.
In 2021 he joined the Dark Hooks Records label with 2 powerful new EPs.
