To play this stage for the second year means more than i can put into words. Its so much more than just a stage. Its an alter ego, a platform to express myself through music in the purest way possible. Thank you to everyone who came down so early to share it with me i literally cried with happiness. Live @ Rainbow Serpent 2019

This is Brothers & ChunKy's DJ set from the 2019 Rainbow Serpent Festival, recorded live on the Sunset Stage.

It's a culturally-inspired auditory journey, which blends progressive and percussive electronica that features Aboriginal instruments such as yidaki (didgeridoo), clap sticks, vocal chants, tribal rhythms, storytelling, and nature sounds that are heard when out on country. They call this ‘Aboriginal Techno’.  

Their aim is to tell a story through our track selection, and take listeners on an exploration of culture that challenges preconceptions, and expands the definition of what Aboriginal culture is.
