느린 펑키 비트 위로 몽롱한 보컬을 얹던 신세하가 더 빠르고 반복적인 하우스 풍의 음악을 만들었다. 신스팝과 알앤비 느낌이 줄고 언더그라운드 4/4 성격이 짙어졌다. 일반적인 클럽 트랙과 달리 루프를 넘어 솔로 연주를 시도한 것이 독특하다. 그저 기계적 반복에만 머무르지 않았다. 제목이 ‘아랫 배랭 힐스’인 이유는 과천시 ‘아랫배랭이로’에서 다운힐하는 느낌으로 썼기 때문이라고 한다.

Xin Seha, who has been producing slow funky beat with fuzzy vocals, made a faster repeating house-vibe music. He took away R&B style and put underground 4/4 beat into it. Its uniqueness come from a synth solo performed besides repeating beats. The title came from the feeling of downhill towards 'Arat Baerang'.

“IF U WANT IT” is our first micro-album project on clipp.art, and comes via 24 year old female Korean singer, songwriter, rapper, house and techno DJ "박혜진 park hye jin”.

Korean born, 박혜진 park hye jin is a resident DJ at Pistil Dance Club, with regular broadcast performances on Seoul’s independent underground radio “SCR”. Her style blends elements of dream-state house, raw hip-hop & psychedelic darkwave and mixes her own English and Korean vocals over dreamy synths & thick beats for a forward-thinking dancefloor experience.

Title track IF U WANT IT, has park hye jin singing a duet with herself in Korean over a bangin 4/4 beat, followed rapidly by ABC which finds park croon in English over a smoky piano line before tumbling effortlessly into a motorik fashioned middle breakdown. From there we shift gears, sliding into the deep thunder of Korean vocaled I DON’T CARE, the abyss of CLOSE EYES, before sailing endlessly into the moonlight on EP closer, CALL ME.

We are completely thrilled to present you this exciting underground talent coming out of Seoul.
