Following on from their joint remix on Lausbuben, Leipzig-based producer and Kittball favourite Marc Werner collaborates with fellow city resident, producer and live artist Panik Pop. With Marc's previous releases on the likes of Bunny Tiger and Audio Safari, alongside Panik's cuts on Celeste and Groovematics, the roaring duo now pair up once again for their first outing on Tube & Berger and Juliet Sikora's renowned Kittball imprint.
'Uji' opens with loose drums, sparkling wind chimes, bubbling Afro-Cuban percussion, distant vocals and an infectious bassline.
Next, Katermukke artists and Moonbootique bosses Moonbootica ignite the original on their remix of 'Uji' with teasing sax patterns, a sleek bass groove, intoxicating synth lines and firm kicks.

Joeski has been stamping his personality on house and techno for three decades now. The Brooklyn-born, Queens-raised producer and DJ has been a vital part of New York’s electronic scene since the 90s, and his influence can now be felt globally. A case in point is his latest EP on Poker Flat Recordings - two tracks of vibing, dance-floor primed tech house. 

'Drift Within' locks into a hypnotic groove - a thick sub bass underpinning the synth stabs, rolling percussion and tripped out vocals. 

'Wordplay' bumps like a classic NYC jam from the beginning - crisp snares and hats mingle with a roaming bassline, classy arpeggiated synth lines and cut up vocals that build to a huge drop.

'Yannick Baudino is very active in the Grenoble music scene and is the co-founder of record store Record Interface, which became a label that went onto sign the likes of OXIA, The Hacker, Kiko and more. Yannick is a former member of the Human Body project with Stephane Deschezeaux who released records of labels such as Goodlife and Bigelow. Since going solo and working under his own name, he has signed EPs on Saved Records, Plastik Galaxy in addition to contributions on Audiojack’s Gruuv imprint. 

‘Are You Sure’ EP sees Yannick sign to OXIA and Nicolas Masseyeff’s Diversions Music imprint following the likes of Ohmme, Miguel Lobo, Artslaves, Lewis Jimenez and the label bosses themselves.

‘Are You Sure’ kicks things off with shimmering grooves fused with thumping bass stabs and graceful pad swells before OXIA lays down soaring synths, infectious rolling energy and blooming atmospherics throughout in his ‘dub mix’.

Palma de Mallorca-born producer Bizen Lopez – who has had releases on labels like Stereo Productions, Moan and Deeperfect – delivers a bumping remix featuring slick percussion, hypnotic soundscapes and reverberating 303s, before Yannick’s closer ‘Data Project’ rounds off the pack with an effervescent roller as acid-soaked synths pulsate with the rattling high hats and bumping subbass harmoniously.'
