Panayiotis Kokoras studied composition with Yannis Ioannides, Henri Kergomard, Kosta Varotsi, and classical guitar with Evangelos Asimakopoulos in Athens, Greece. In 1999, he moved to England for postgraduate study at the University of York where he completed his MA and PhD in composition with Tony Myatt. His works have been commissioned by institutes and festivals such as the Fromm Music Foundation (Harvard), IRCAM (France), Guggenheim (New York), MATA (New York), Gaudeamus (Netherlands), ZKM (Germany), IMEB (France), Siemens Musikstiftung (Germany) and have been performed in over 1000 concerts around the world. His compositions have received 98 distinctions and prizes in international competitions and have been selected by juries in more than 350 international calls for scores. He is president of the International Confederation of Electroacoustic Music (ICEIM-ICEM) and a founding member of the Hellenic Electroacoustic Music Composers Association (HELMCA) and from 2004 to 2012 he was a board member and president. Kokoras’ sound compositions develop functional classification and matching sound systems written on what he calls Holophonic Musical Texture. As an educator, Kokoras has taught at the Technological and Educational Institute of Crete, and, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). Currently, he is Regents Professor of Composition at the University of North Texas and director of the Center for Experimental Music and Intermedia (CEMI).

As far as electronic music I am inspired by a combination of the entire spectrum of industrial music, ambient music, glitch music, and film scoring textures. I actually used to play guitar in a lot of punk rock and heavy metal bands as well as perform classical & flamenco music for classical guitar recitals. I even worked for a short period of time as a classical guitar teacher and studio guitarist. I love the aesthetics of the "shoe-gaze" genre and that is the major reason I stopped being in bands, I almost came to blows with a few people over my usage of ambient effects. As far as my tastes in music and how they might seam to contradict, the best way I can describe it is that I'm into both ancient and modern forms of art music. I am a really big fan of marginal and abstract arts as well, which is usually what I'm doing when I am not making music. I am very proud to be a hardlined anti-establishment, anti-materialistic, anti-consumeristic, anti-capitalistic, anti-corporate, and anti- commercialistic individual, which guides my creative directions

Born in Brawley California as Shunte Walker was expected to be a girl. Has two sisters and one younger brother the oldest of the lot and in his Hometown where He grew up there was Fairs Glamis full of sand dunes and tumbleweeds  thirty minutes away  his town was a don't blink place lots of palms around120-130 degrees in the summer agriculture and desert terrain farm manure could be smelled daily and in the summers the heat was extremely deadly. His Grandmother made sure him like all the family under Mrs Foster went to the Baptist Church and this is where his passion for music started. "I'm gonna walk_a church Hymnal is how he self discovered his mastery for ceremony. as a teen him and his relative Raymond(rayality-29) would do acapellas beatboxing and things. on his swap meet portable boom box. before this though his Uncle Vince rest his soul had him in pop Warner football up to his senior year, he played two years in Yuma Arizona where he lived for 4-5 years played football & Basketball for Kofa high school & he went to a year of junior high there also at Crane. His last year he played football for Brawley Wildcats he played basketball there to and in Yuma but never shocked anyone. but was very competitive. during his Late teens is when he started having more focus on music being reinspired by his friends from down south Lamar and DeMarcus DeMarcus was tight and had skills. but running with the southern soldiers put him and them in trouble wit the law, fortunately he didn't do major time but got tried as an adult and got out on his 18th birthday and re linked wit Rayality to keep the hymnals going. when Stae,  by now in the late 90s was the alias that people was calling him he went to southwestern college in Chula Vista California and got in tune wit the San Diego hop scene learning of the master's of the universe the Improv hip hop shows in Encanto, shows at the cultural la Raza center Dive Bar gigs. pool halls.  Downtown Gaslamp district. partying in Tijuana Mexico three floor clubs like Safari and club XS and the Elemental shows BBoy summits and the underground indie scene that helped him make masterpieces with the likes of crews like Circle Empire (C.E.), Aki Charmicel who was also known as Akbar, Joosik Energetic, Sumach aka Ganja Sufi and Koncept known as Stress back then, who, he moved to San Francisco with for a year and a half and met some fascinating individuals such as Marty and his brother Mike. Delivering Medical files to the hospitals in the city for DelivereX helped him become accustomed to the environment in Bay Area. He even stayed at the Lark Inn( Youth Facility) when he was twenty in the tenderloins. Him and Dee( Stress) were the Mcees for "Bong Star" a home recording studio owned by Jesse Giordano here they did dozens of collabos and made records. After Internships in Las Vegas NV at studios going to CCSN taking recording class at UNLV he got sound engineering gigs for rap groups like jah disciples , who they even opened up for pharacyde once at the late 4th & B club in San Diego. between making music with Rayality in Las Vegas and reggae music features he Stasiatic Supreme by this time veered more into the reggae scene in the new millennium after the attacks and performed at various open mics. Studied Islam and did some spiritual songs with Kenof Akbar a symphonic genius I might add, definitely expect a Collab album from these two Stylists in the future and time will tell where this adventure leads the germ killer to but I do know prepare yourself or be ready an stay ready so u don't have to get ready  for no one but the most high knows what purpose these compositions and sonnets of his will do to help progress the gospel and imperative positivity that hip hop and the music industry needs wholeheartedly at this moment in history.
