ToNe Wiley, born Antonio Wiley is an up and coming Emcee from Philadelphia, Pa. raised in a household of music by a father who was a formal performer and kept the house filled with many various sounds of music.  HipHop was ToNe's escape from many at home and personal issues. As a result The culture grew on him tremendously and he found himself constantly analyzing it and informing himself of the culture in many ways as possible. such as Magazines, Documentarys, Cd's ect. At age 14 he saved up his lunch money and purchased Notorious B.I.G's debut album "Ready to Die" and fell in love with it. from then on he decided to take part in the culture he's been analyzing and in love with for so long, and become an Artist.
