Founding member of Thievery Corporation, Rob Garza's career includes decades-worth of accolades as a pioneer of a flourishing electronic music movement. 

Originally hailing from Washington, DC, Garza's legacy includes a timeless music catalog that's still in rotation today. His infusion of electronic music with the international flavors of dub, trip hop, reggae, and bossa nova gave birth to a new era of sound that has attracted a cult following across the decades. 

Since relocating to San Francisco, Garza's latest experimentations take him to the far corners of the globe with solo DJ sets showcasing the best of Deep House and Nu-Disco. Ever the entrepreneur, Rob has  multiple restaurants and clubs in Playa del Carmen, Mexico as well as Papa Diablo, a handcrafted, top-shelf Mezcal made in Oaxaca, Mexico.

My name is Andy Lewis and I am a professional slackliner. You can see some of my videos online at www.YouTube.com/MrSlackline. You may have seen me on the Super Bowl Half Time Show 2012, with Madonna.  I also am an avid base jumper and aspiring rock climber. One of my other hobbies is music.  I love to play guitar, writing songs, rap and sing.   I love playing live, with no mic, no speakers, and usually you'll hear me playing around a campfire. But only a certain few have seen me rocking live on stage. 
         I've been learning how to play guitar with friends since 2004, and writing songs since just about the same time.  This was pretty much exactly when i started to learn how to slackline. George Upton taught me not only how to slackline, but also how to play guitar.  So its not crazy to think that my music life and my slacklife followed each other.  That's why i have a handful of songs about the slacklife.
        I started recording my songs in 2005, but i never thought of releasing them to the public.  My friend Andrew Tysinger was the first to record me and mostly it was for us to have something to do with our new hobby of smoking weed.  We would smoke, jam, and record for fun.  It was really one of the most enjoyable weekend hobbies for us in our early college daze.  
         Slowly as life pulled us all in different directions I had to figure out a way to record myself.  I ended up buying an amp, a mic, a computer and started diddiling around with garage band.  I am still no good at recording, but i am getting better slowly.   Once i get actual experience with professional recording i am sure that my songs will all start to sound better.  BUt, for now, what you got is what you get ;)  I apologize to all the avid professional musicians who can't stand the low recording quality.   sorry!~ 
         Anyway, i will continue to write songs and sing as long as I can.   I love life, I love it's crazy experiences, I love the people around me, and most of my songs are about just that.   Thank you to all the people who helped me get to this place, including but not limited to: George Upton, Andrew Tysinger, Ben Kramarz, Metal Matt Sticker, Sean Mckenzie, and Sean Shay. I will continually upload more stuff to the cloud and it will always remain free...

Dub Gabriel is a music producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ based in San Francisco. He started his career 20 years ago in New York City, throwing warehouse parties in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which at the time was a little known area, but his parties helped lay down the groundwork for nightlife in the now Brooklyn mecca. NYC press was taking notice and soon after, he was being featured in such publications as Interview, New York Times, Time Out NY & Village Voice. This eventually led to some of the biggest clubs in NYC booking Dub Gabriel, at places such as The Limelight, Twilo, APT, Cielo, Tonic, Knitting Factory and others. 

In 2005, he was offered a residency at Goya in Berlin, located at the original location of the notorious Metropol club & was built in a turn of the century opera house that survived two world wars. While living in Berlin, he toured continuously through Europe playing everywhere from anarchist squats to mega-festivals. 

In 2007, Dub Gabriel moved back to the States to San Francisco and in the following year he established his record label, Destroy All Concepts, a genre-defying label that was designed to be the home for various projects of Gabriel’s collaborations and productions. Highlight of guests include reggae legends, U-Roy, Ranking Joe & Brother Culture. Also, U.K. Dubstep pioneers, The Spaceape & Warrior Queen. And, world music giants, Master Musicians of Jajouka & Balkan Beat Box, as well as members of rock’s elite including Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Michael Stipe of R.E.M., David J of Bauhaus/Love & Rockets and Golgol Bordello vocalist/percussionist, Pedro Erazo. 

His albums have all been critic’s picks in the music press. Dangerous Minds says “Gabriel showing ultimate respect for the dubwise tradition as he seeks to launch it deep into this new century.” Billboard compared him to Brian Eno, XLR8R called his albums a “Philosophical Masterpiece” & Paste called it a “Kubrickian Soundtrack For Future Societies”. 

Besides his love for the studio, Dub Gabriel still finds time to keep an active touring schedule throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He has performed at such festivals as Outside Lands in California, Shambahala Music Festival in British Columbia and Fusion Festival in Germany to name a few.
