This warm and romantic piano piece was composed on Valentine’s Day 2014 as a dedication to all those who are sharing their happiness and romance with their beloved ones... 

Whether you are single, in a relationship, or already have a family, do please come and listen to this piece - a piano solo "Warm Romance Serenade". 

I hope this piece will accompany you for every romantic moment in your life! Spending time with your other half is indeed the most beautiful and romantic moment. Of course, all couples certainly encounter unhappy moments like conflicts, contradictions, arguing etc. Sometimes, you suddenly find out that your other half actually has a bad temper that you never realized before. Actually everyone has his/her own personality weaknesses, maybe caused by his/her growing environment, the old wound in the heart long time ago. If you believe in reincarnation, some weaknesses may also be caused by the traces left from the suffering in previous lives over the past thousands of years. That’s why you sometimes find people really are too stubborn to change his/her characters. Anyway, these weaknesses just annoys you badly and losing the romance. So that’s why I have added the word “warm” before “romance”. That is to say, what your other half need is a “warm” heart. Try to give a warm heart which can embrace the heart of your beloved one. The warm heart includes qualities of understanding, forgiving, comforting, and tolerating – a compassionate warm heart even having the power to heal the wounds from the past thousand years of reincarnation. So your happiness and romance last long and never ends.

Today I was in the mood for a Felt Piano Sound. The soft, almost muffled tone creates a very intimate and warm sound. Due to the significantly quieter sound (-8dB!), the side noises of the piano (and player) naturally come out more clearly. (Which further emphasises the intimate character). Enjoy.

Tony Chen is an international award winning musician who taught himself music composition with computers at the age of 17. 

In recent years he has repeatedly received international awards and nominations. Particularly in the last 2 years of 2012 - 13, he was nominated in the Hollywood Music in Media Awards ™ in CONTEMPORARY ORCHESTRAL/INSTRUMENTAL Category as well as the BEST SOUNDTRACK ALBUM category (nominated alongside the likes of Sony Classical and Watertower Music.) A gifted composer with a delicate touch, his music brings with it a vigor and enthusiasm that is both youthful and deeply soulful in form.

From Beijing China, Tony graduated in 2010 from the prestigious Music Department of the University of Huddersfield in England. Tony’s East-West cultural backgrounds make his music transcend cultures and time, combining popular and classical styles, with the profound and delicate nature from the orient as well as the grandeur of Western techniques.

Recently Tony has released his new album "At Ease" which contains some of the classic pieces that Tony has composed between 2009 - 2013 including 5 critically acclaimed pieces that won International nomination and awards. It is also a reflection of Tony’s life experiences over the last four years that he describes as “Down to earth, peaceful…and at ease.”

Tony also engages in professional singing, voice acting/coaching, television and radio program producing and hosting as well.
