When I was in New Orleans for an exhibition I was staying near the train shunting lines. I recorded some and have kept the files. With my current developing instrument I responded and improvised to a small section of the train recording.
The air was super quiet and the sounds travelled like ice.
No digital effects, apart from the microphones and recording devices.
