Introducing "Radiance", the latest product from my loud, obnoxiously musical brain. After releasing my mammoth of a previous track "Subspace Cavaliers", I decided to go in a different direction and write something simpler and easier to nod your head to unwittingly. I started this project in May 2015 but put it on hold when I began researching and considering options to make it into a cute as hell music video. When the music video idea fell apart I decided it's time to get back on the horse and push this song out to the world. I hope you enjoy it and tell all your cool friends.

Dead Space

An original piece of music by Blake Robinson, again brought up to date with the latest technology. This was originally composed for the Multivaders videogame for a sudden unveiling of a traitor among the 'good guys'. This version has been recreated from scratch using the new Hans Zimmer Strings library that I had the privilege of working on at Spitfire Audio. It has been re-orchestrated and extended with new string parts. This is my original mix and master of the track to my taste, and is slightly drier than the official demo version.

Elite Dangerous - Frameshift Suite - First Movement  - Andromeda

Hours, days...I wasn't aware anymore. I was at the mercy of the world surrounding, terrifying in its beauty, waving and flowing with colors one could only dream of. Tessellations and fractals surged through the flowers and grass, and I, too, emanated an aura infinitely intricate, yet idiosyncratic; no other soul was to be seen, yet I felt as though I was not alone. It was then that I gazed into the distance and I saw a faint figure wading through the flowers, but for as long as I stared, I could not understand. I began to approach, but she appeared before me in an instant, her long hair flowing as though submerged in the atmosphere itself.
"Remember me?" she asked in a familiar voice, freezing me completely in place. I couldn't speak.
"Come on," she continued, "Remember me. I know you do."
I staggered back briefly and inhaled slowly and deeply, regaining composure. I'd...seen her before, but her face was obscured in a way I couldn't understand. She stood still for a minute before she sighed and put her hands in her pockets, then turned around, looking into the horizon, growing darker with every word she spoke.
"It isn't me, and it's not you, either," she said in a mournful tone, walking into the night ahead. "I just can't believe you never saw."
The world was still, but I was shaken. Yet I knew the only way forward was to give chase, so after a moment's pause, I did, and the sky split in two as the fields opened into a grand valley, dividing as the figure walked away. She turned and I stopped, inciting an uncomfortably familiar smile, though her eyes remained a mystery.
I could sense the impending denouement, but I knew it was too soon, and I believe she did, too, but the overwhelming uncertainty I felt compelled me. I leapt forward and swung first, and she swiftly responded. The rest was a blur. All I can remember now are thoughts and emotions, and the beginning of a sense of clarity. Perhaps I did remember, but not completely. I was sad, nostalgic...I recall the scent of ashes scattered in the wind and a pain gradually welling in my heart. I liked her hair, though.
