Amateur Arts Productions is a collective of Artists of various degrees, genres, techniques, cultures, ideologies, etc.. In the spirit of the many amateur artists that came before us and paved the way to new experiences such as Henry Darger, Charles Darwin, Gregor Mendel, William Shakespeare, Leonardo da Vinci, Grote Reber and Guglielmo Marconi, just to name a few;  Amateur Arts Productions' goal is to seek out, create, produce and distribute original, unknown and/or undiscovered "art". By using the word "Amateur" to describe our arts production we are implying that an amateur may be in a position to approach a subject with an open mind and therefore will be able to provide themselves and their audience a free and original experience unclouded by formal skill/training and financial concerns/worries.  Amateurs are serious about the work they do, providing outstanding examples of contributions to society. But whereas professionals obtain licenses as their “measurability of the excellence of service provided”, amateurs break taboos by loving their work. From here, it can be argued that, to the extent amateurs threaten the professional industry by providing free services, the professional industry has an interest in making its counterpart amateur activity shameful. Biography
TOOFUNCHILD- The offspring of extreme enjoyment, amusement and
pleasure. Five strapping young gents, working together to bring "Soul-Punk" music to the ears of the disenchanted youth of the world, 10 days a week.

TOOFUNCHILD formed in 2011, sparked by guitarist Matty Burke and singer/songwriter Raging Salaam collaborating on a pet project they dubbed the "C.T.A. Tour"; doing impromptu street performances throughout the city of Chicago. Matty Burke later recruited a god-like trinity of artists to fully connect the fun circle. Drummer Chad Wellington and bassist Jamarcus Drake create percussion and bass waves that shake your eyes and thighs. Once the pot gets boiling TOOFUNCHILD is seasoned by the Based Master Chef Crown Hutch into a state of uncontrolled excitement and wild behavior that teeters on the brink of....... actual peace of mind. 
The band explores the science of fun through its many levels of bliss and imperfection on their debut album "Good Will Gets Tough". Tracks like "Ice Temple", "Left Forward" and "Wee Wu" bring the fun like a free buffet on a bullet train!  "New Thirst Lent", "Place Your Bets" and "Nature" explore a smidgen of the
bitter side of fun, but fun none the less! "PBR Queer", "Windows" and "A Taste" are songs that represent TooFunPeoplePower! 
TOOFUNCHILD thrives on musical, physical and mental freedom; exploration and
