tool records was founded by former Dj and longterm producer Josh Green from Switzerland, who decided to put his experience and his passion towards electronic dance music into his own imprint.
Focussing on clubby housemusic with an edge, the aim of the label is to deliver high quality house music that´s not resting on genre boundaries, but always follows the simple, superior goal of making people dance.

In its first running year in 2010, the label has featured established acts like Josh Green, Pat Farrell, Twin Pack, Hy2drogen & Fr3cky as well as newcomers like Davide Styloso, emphasizing its aforementioned promise impressively.
Within only one year of existence, the label has seen a huge amount of support and can be considered as a safe bet if you are looking for high quality, groovy housemusic that will rock the floors.
