Hailing from Italy but now based in London, Pagano is back on Toolroom Trax bringing a fresh, juicy cut of Tech House goodness for us all. His latest release on the label imprint ‘Hold Tight’ is in a similar vein to his previous Trax releases ‘Latin Tales’ and ‘Naxos’ but with a sharper edge. The bass heavy record has some serious Deep House and Tech vibes that are perfect for the imprint label. Packing a punch from the get-go, the thumping beat in ‘Hold Tight’ is ready to burst full of energy. The Single note acid hits throb repeatedly whilst the two-chord piano hook builds the tension throughout, never quite resolving and leaving you wanting more.

Although he’s a club DJ at heart, Pagano’s productions have been moving dance floors and gaining the attention of DJs around the world. Music is colorful, diverse and vibrant as the butterflies. Almost 180,000 different species live in 127 families. The music by Boris Brejcha is like a "Feuerfalter" (copper). On one side the butterfly is relaxing and floating on the wind, but on the other hand he also sets with steam and fire to a fall into a low altitude. This is how it feels when Brejcha makes music.

The fourth album is exactly the description of this "Feuerfalter", a kind of backflash into the impressive career of Boris Brejcha. An album that deliberately shows how the artist works versatile. Times slightly floating, sometimes wild hitting the wing, always full of passion. The influences of his travelings and performances characterize his art again.

This creates a music that may be accompanied on Brejchas audience the whole day: at home, in a relaxed atmosphere or just at night, when the trip through the clubs starts. On the album "Feuerfalter" this individuality is turned on. Brejcha even picks up the desire of his ans to weave a few quieter tracks into his cosmos.

Calling an EP “Devil” although it will most certainly conjure a smile on the face of any elctronic music enthusiast might come as a surprise, or even cause confusion. 
But let’s be fucking serious, when Boris Brejcha picked this title, he had probably no evil thoughts in mind but was rather daydreaming of one of his many shows that are known to turn any club into a diabolically hot sweat lodge due to the energetic atmosphere and ecstatic crows. 
So in the end you could arque that the title of his new EP seems long overdue. 

The name giving A-Side comes as clean and to the point as we know it from Boris Brejcha.
A rolling beat that never looks back but marches forward, driven by pure energy and nifty as hell. 
Let the speaking devil suck you into this dark piece of High-Tech Minimal and join the ride for almost the minutes. 

Right from the start “The Darkest Night” reveals an even groovier drive that makes it sound unstoppable. Furthermore the track turns out to be an emotional rollercoaster in the form of a roaring and intimidating fanfare that fades in and out before a catchy melody line spreads a thoughtful and intimate atmosphere. This B-side will definitely make you want to go for another round…and another round…

Last but not least this “devilish” EP will end “In The Middle Of Nowhere”. But unlike the name implies, Boris Brejcha is taking you right to his musical epicenter.

Welcome to Avision's contribution to Kwench Records' "Fusion" V/A EP,  which also includes tracks by Ivaylo, Jay Tripwire, Hector Moralez, Paco Wegmann, Pete Moss, Onur Ozman, Sisto and Jack District.

Growing up in New York, he's since remained in the city ushering in a new wave of techno for the NY scene. While his name might not be commonly known in Europe, you'll likely know him as a US headliner who holds a firm place on line-ups with Carl Cox, Carlo Lio, Victor Calderone, Chris Liebing, Kenny Glasgow and Joseph Capriati, among more.

Elsewhere, he's just been announced as featuring on Ben Sims' forthcoming techno compilation 'Tribology.'
