Founded in the underground and fueled by a love for chaotic dancefloors, DIRTY KITCHEN RAVE specializes in the grimiest selections across breaks, UKG, house, bassline,  drum & bass, jungle, UK bass, and experimental club music. It’s a label that thrives on raw textures, broken rhythms, and warehouse vibes — the kind of music you feel in your chest at 3AM with your eyes closed and your head down.

From debut EPs by fresh talent to explosive releases from seasoned selectors, DKR is a platform for artists who dare to sound different. No polish. No pretence. Just straight-up, dirty rave heat. DIRTY KITCHEN RAVE — Serving heavy bass on a filthy plate.

Having previously released under the aliases Gav Ley & dYstance, predominantly on the mighty but now defunct Top Drawer Digital label, Q Club is a continuation and extension of my previous works.

Still heavily influenced by the rave and dance music sounds of the late 80s to early 00s, the aim of this project is to expand on that by essentially, releasing whatever I feel like, not bound to a single genre or scene. It is also home to previously unreleased works that would otherwise just gather dust.

I am a huge advocate for dynamic range in dance and rave music, feeling that excess of the opposite can destroy the soul of a track, and can be quite fatiguing on the ears, thus, a lot of future projects may not be cold, clipped, brick-wall affairs. I do, however, feel that "loudness" can have a place dependant on the mood of a piece.

I do not use social media and my passion is for creating music, not marketing, so this is the source for everything I create. if you enjoy it, feel free to give it some love, share it and leave feedback.

I do this for the love of creation so most of my stuff is free to download and play. Remix packs/stems can sometimes be made available on request.

Born in Konya in 1974. Acid house, 1987, was his first step into electronic music. He played at various local radio stations and parties between 1994-2005. Currently he does not actively play as a dj but he is a devoted follower of electronic music. He likes to play and listen to techno, dark techno,hard techno, drum&bass, jungle, drumfunk, hardstyle, gabber, speedcore, breakcore etc..
