one of the secrets Tom Nook and Don Resetti don't want you to know is that if you glitch out your memory card using a special impish tool, the clock winds to the mysterious 13PM and your village becomes briefly populated by a multifarious, colorful band of merry imps who delight in creating ever-so-slight inconveniences for you and your animal villager friends. a greased doorknob here, a leaky faucet there, a little hole in your pouch of Bells, strangely missing letters and words of conversations, and oddly re-proportioned distances between things... 13PM is a most mischievous time indeed, but one that a certain devilish class of players have come to appreciate as word spread like wildfire around the internet of its existence.
