Ancient Wisdom is a prayer of connection to our ancestors and all the ancient ones to call on their support and ask to receive their guidance.

'We call on the ancient ones, the ones who came before, to connect to the portal of our Hearts and gift us with the wisdom of the ages to guide and support us. We honour the ancestors and feel their great love nourishing our life. We vie to live with them always in the embrace of our loving awareness.'

Amma invites us to meditate for World Peace and Harmony.
Meditation for World Peace:
Imagine white flowers falling from the sky to the earth. Falling from trees, falling on the oceans, the rivers, lakes, ponds and streams; falling on mountains, forests, animals, birds, insects, flora & fauna, on people, on your head. Experience profound peace and silence in your heart. Be in that experience.
Imagine vibrations of peace flowing from your heart to the entire creation. Like clouds in the sky  flowing everywhere on the globe. Chant mentally totally peaceful and happy: „Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu“ – May all beings in creation be happy and peaceful.
You can also do this meditation while listening to the recording!
