This is a short track I made as part of my coursework at Bournemouth University. My aim was to make virtual instruments sound as realistic as possible.
You can hear an acoustic bass recording processed with Guitar Rig, all the other tracks are MIDI and were made using Native Instrument synths. Dynamic processing and some effects were applied using various plug-ins. A Lexicon MX200 reverb unit and a Valve 5060 compressor was used as well. The track was created and edited in ProTools 10.
