Recently, as I am sure you are all aware, the world has taken a very strange turn. And I've been both blessed and cursed to the reality of experiencing the true nature of a lot of the friends I once had. I've felt a disconnection between people and I've been in need of some music that can help me get through these tough times, so I made this playlist in the hopes that some of you may find solace in the sound. I love you all whether we see eye to eye or not... we are all here on this giant floating rock soaring through space and time, and I hope that one day we can all respect one another enough to just have honest conversations. Mellon’s latest EP, Brutalism, sees these influences gathered and shaped by personal touches; atmospheric textures and dextrous rhythms sit across 4 tracks that balance playfulness and brutality. The release marks another potent step forward for Sudo Sound and Mellons impressive Discographies. 

Also included in this release is a collaboration between Mellon and Dub Head. Hailing from Kiev, Ukraine, Vitalii, known as Dub Head, is a founder of Cybernetic crew with releases on Transparent Audio, Sofa Sound, Sauce Recordings & Dispatch; he is devoted to creating a unique and captivating sound in the world of Drum and Bass and beyond. His link-up on Mellons latest project brings 'Allergy' to the release, another example of why Dub Head remains one of the front runners in the scene.
