George Nambiri, aka Jayden, was born on 6 July 1990, and is the second born of a family of 6. Both of his parents are still alive. His father Percy Johnic Nambiri is a retired agriculturalist and his mother Lonney Lawrence Nambiri works at Open Arms orphanage as a laundry lady. Jayden went to Lwangwa primary school and Gracious High School. he graduated in 2009 and then attended Dawn Hotel and Tourism Institue College (DHOTTI) to study hotel management. Jayden started doing music at a very young age and wrote his first song when he was 9. In 2006, Jayden and his childhood friends Evison ‘Evie’ Mphichi, Mike ‘Em-Tee’ Tseka and Dennis ‘Denzement’ Dzikiti formed a R&B and hip hop group, The Chronicles, and together they wrote and performed many songs and performed at assemblies and variety shows. On graduation day, The Chronicles was voted Best Entertainment Group and Jayden won a prize and certificate for Best Performing Artist. After graduating high school, The Chronicles disbanded and all of the members went solo. Since then, Jayden has been in and out of the studio, from one competition to another, and performed in many live shows. In 2014, he joined Witchcatz Global, an American organization that promotes sustainability and community livelihood through arts and music.
