Organisaties werk samen en leer van elkaar
Grote artiesten pak de ongeziene talenten bij de hand en creëer een podium waar er van elkaar geleerd word en dat jullie genieten van elkaars passie voor de muziek. 

Eilandjes bestaan niet bij ons, iedereen draagt zijn of haar steentje bij aan een onze plek. 
De plek waar je thuiskomt na een klote week of waar je thuiskomt om je maatjes weer te zien uit het andere kant van het land. De plek waar organisaties en artiesten een voorbeeld zijn voor vele!

Het taboe van geen fouten mogen maken is iets waardoor je eigenlijk opkomende en beginnend artiest de kans ontneemt zich te ontwikkelen binnen de muziek. 

Dat die plaat overslaat of dat je hem net iets te laat in mixt is iets waardoor er juist dingen ontstaan, die voor zowel nieuwe artiesten als voor bekende namen een nieuwe dynamiek zorgen.
