Born in Perth, Western Australia and raised in the town of Fremantle, Seth Lee’s musical journey began at the age of 5, during a car ride home from school. It was in that moment, when Seth asked their mother what the person on the radio was singing about, thus unlocking a world of music, lyrics and self-expression. It was at the age of 12, Seth had written and produced their first track, marking the beginning of a passion that would evolve into a lifelong pursuit.

Over the years, Seth Lee has developed a unique sound that blends R&B melodies with the rhythm and energy of hip hop and rap layered with dance-pop synths and driven by the gritty, hypnotic bass of French techno. Their eclectic influences range from the timeless sounds of Aaliyah, Missy Elliott, and Mariah Carey in their childhood, to the bold, genre-defying styles of Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Charli XCX, Gesaffelstein and SOPHIE during their teenage and present years.

Seth Lee’s music continues to be a reflection of their journey, combining diverse musical elements to create a fresh, innovative sound that speaks to the heart of modern pop and beyond.
