From time to time he found himself lost within his own train of thought. They weren't fantasies or dreams but inner visions, predictions of the future in which the world around him was very different.

For a start, it was all green. Everything, everywhere was radiant and glowing in the warmth of the sunlight and wild plants, leaves and trees were all around.

Then there were the people dancing, they moved freely beneath the warm glow and merged with the shadows which separated their celestial bodies. He wished it might never end but soon enough these visions would end, only to be replaced with the stark grey of reality.

Yore Records are set to release an inspired EP by Dj Compufunk. This one is all about showcasing house music at its very best. Tracks crafted with precision and uplifting, euphoric melodies designed to produce serotonin.

Ushering in their heavy-hitting TR4R alumni like Tommy Vicari Jnr, Hany, Florian, to name a few, the compilation covers all grounds of house, breaks, electro, techno and rave hysteria. From Salomo & Reece Walker's electro opener to Slim Steve's hazy techno house hybrid to Nørus & Dj Whipr Snipr's high octane stepper, all the way to Øall Håtes' closing acid thumper, the compilation is a testament to the breadth of TR4R's eclectic and club leaning chunes over the years.

Mr.C - Master of The Universe

After their 1st birthday celebrations at the end of last year, 2019 will see Needs switch its attention to our planet and environment. The aim is to raise awareness of deforestation and climate change, and they kick things off with a record featuring Eris Drew, Edward, D. Tiffany and Henry Hyde. 

2018 was a big year. After partnering with UN Women on their HeForShe gender equality campaign back in March (which featured a vinyl release and London fundraiser with Peggy Gou), they went on to celebrate their birthday with a record raising awareness for mental health which showcased the production talents of DJ Normal 4, Red Axes and Hodge.

Timothy Crombie delivers his sophomore EP named “A Maze Dream EP”. The title track immediately mesmerizes with its abundantly organic beauty. Japan's Sapphire Slows remix follows it up and brings the beat more to the forefront in a trippy journey that defies laws of gravity. Tribal is an understatement for this EP. More of being immersed in a kind of primitive sunken garden. “Forest Floor” starts off the second side with an alien language all its own while “The Skaters” absorbs you in a primordial rainforest groove.
