Bass Agenda ends it's 2019 release run as it started, with a release from Tokyo based French sonic craftsman Fleck ESC. His 'House of the Python' EP, released in January, saw him in his more contemplative mode, working with melody, lower BPMs for the most part, and exploring less visited parts of his sound palette.

11 months later we see Franck Collin bringing four tracks at higher BPM, more dance-floor friendly in flavour, and creating machine grooves with a tone and vibe that only he can. As always this is him - no one else sounds like this. 
Melody and musicality still have a place here - the title track itself features a brilliant dramatic synth theme, building to a crescendo whilst a trademark Fleck ESC driving groove sits underneath. Each track is a real treat for Fleck fans. Enjoy!

Peramen! A Compilation for Belarus

“Change! Our hearts demand it. Change! Our eyes demand it”, sings Kino’s Viktor Tsoi in “Peremen”. This song may now be heard on the streets of not just Minsk and Grodno, but also Babruysk, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev, Pinsk, Vitebsk and what – at least to a foreign onlooker – looks like countless Belarussian cities and towns engulfed in protest. Following years of Alexander Lukashenko’s rule, another rigged election, omnipresent violence perpetrated by the state apparatus, censorship and draconian laws, the people have taken to the streets en masse. This is not the first time the Belarusians are out to protest, but the scale of these disturbances is unprecedented. Also unprecedented is the fact the rallies are led by women, who head the peaceful marches that have spread onto the streets of Belarus. Workers, miners, teachers, employees of the media and the Minsk underground as well as artists from the Belarusian State Philharmonic have all joined the protests. They stand against lies, demand the transparency of public life, and access to power. As they rally against repression and torture, they expose themselves to the same.

The artists featured on the Peramen! compilation also demand changes. While we cannot physically join the protesters on the streets of Belarus, we want to offer them at least this form of support. Our thoughts are with our friends – and with all the people who have been arrested, beaten, and humiliated. We join in the grief of families of all those murdered in the protests.

The compilation covers a broad selection of genres: from club music, through classical and experimental classical, to noise, ambient, and rock; from pieces that were composed to ones that were improvised or inspired by folk music. Its geographical scope is similarly broad, spanning Belarus, Czechia, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, USA, Russia, and Hungary.

Thanks to the collaboration these artists who have shown their confidence with the release of this
label where the result is an album dominated by the hard beats of electro and the impressive melodies of EBM. With this it has been decided to have Dez Williams in this Various Artists, betting on
an enigmatic and determined composition without leaving behind the strong character that prevails.
Second is the work created by Go5 (Cibertex) and Lex Or (fill-lex records) where it is time to delve
into the experimental intrigue and undertake this wet and enveloping journey. In third position, the
development of the artist Soj emerges as the first EBM track, maintaining a marked course with hard
boxes progressively reinforced horizontally. As a fourth job, Negocius Man serves us an electric
passage for this reference in a forceful and metallic way. The fifth work travels from St. Petersburg,
providing a magical itinerary with the presence of acid, perfect for the entire ensemble... And finally
we have the artist Mauro Nakimi where he makes us deepen in dark and melancholic sensations
with a very complete and characteristic work.

CYBEREIGN aka. Sean Higgins is an Electro Underground Producer from the UK who's love for the music started in the 80s.
He has produced tracks for labels such as "Tropical Underground", "Crobot Muzik", "Elektrodos Recordings", "Urban Connections" and he also produced a lot of remixes for artists like Robertiano Filigrano, Dark Vektor, Coherer, Nexus 23 and more.
