Kick off 2019 with In The Dark Again 11! This latest installment brings together 5 great tracks. The Bleak Engineers from St. Petersburg (Svetlana Zombierella and Alexander Moralez), lead the way with their irresistible groove and melancholic synth melodies on „Scientific Science“. Next up with a heavy hitter called „PTP“ is Synkronized, the specialist in dark electronic sounds out of Russia. Coming in third on the A Side is a fascinating sinister baseline with a hypnotic build-up titled „Electronic Humming“, produced by Pablo Dissko (born in Greece, living in Amsterdam).
 
The B-side keeps it rolling with Greek artist KSTS’ wicked Electro on his vocoder-driven tune: „Three Hundred Dark Times“. Closing out the collection is Alavux (born in Serbia, living in Macedonia), another true Electro master delivering a banger called „Bender“, that leaves absolutely no questions.

Marco Bernardi returns with Tokyo Sunrise, an epic journey joining Detroit and drum & bass in anticipation of his forthcoming Plat + Form PF EP.

After a musical break of ten years, Franck Sarrio celebrates his great return on RADIO MARS with four original tracks half way between Electro and Techno genres. For his new EP on French label, hopefully the second of a long series, the Clermont-Ferrand based artist delivers a funky and cosmic trip of his typical trademark. Alternating between cerebral and epic dance floor cuts of pure anthology, “Army Of Robots" deploys an impressive musical weaponry whose crystal clear and robotic sound will not leave you indifferent.
Having made his first Dark-wave and industrial steps on mythic Bunker imprint in 2003, then inaugurated with “Secret Industry” the first outing of his own FSS label in 2005, Franck returns today to an powerful electro tinted with Detroit influences (Dopplereffekt, Aux 88, Cybotron). The author of essential "Robotic Invasion EP" on RADIO MARS in 2008 also appeared on various compilations including “SOM compilation” and “SOM compilation 5” from the mighty Solar One Music run by Nico Jagiella along with Robert Witschakowski aka The Exaltics.

Sound Synthesis is the alias of Keith Farrugia from Malta. He started releasing electro music in 2009 on the Paul Blackford’s label Militant Science, and after a break, he is back behind the machine! 
Today, this project focuses more on infused melancholic sounds to electro bass driven music.
This EP is made of 5 tracks, and it includes a collaboration with Datawave (Mechatronica, Crobot Muzik ) and to conclude the release, Deemphasis (owner of Ukonx Recordings) experiments a remix of one track.

The EP will be available as digital format on the UKONX Bandcamp but also on the major distribution channels, such as iTunes, JunoDownload, Spotify, Amazon and Google Play.

Milford is one of the monikers of the veteran artist José Castillo from Madrid, where he shows us his more techno side, clearly oriented to Detroit and which has made him one of the main djs of this sound in the capital of Spain.

As a dj he started his career in 1996, highlighting his residencies in Cool and Stromboli Café and being a regular in clubs like Deep, Weekend and Pachá among others. On an international level, his two residencies at Mascara and Chervilo, mythical clubs in the Bulgarian capital, where he shared a booth with great artists such as Josh Wink, Halo Vargas, Dj Maestro and Kevin Yost, among others. We should also mention his performances at Crystal Club Istanbul, Micro Club Brighton and The Egg in London.

His facet as a producer begins in 2010, signing his works as Wassabbe, editing in labels like Complex Textures, Delikat Recordings, Medicine Musiqué and P21 Label. In 2015 he signs his first references as Milford, in the London label Moveubabe and Elastic Beatz and Ante Recordings from USA. His next work will be released in January 2020 on Chapter Records, with an additional remix by the Spanish techno master Tadeo. Milford also owns the Gladio Operations label where he edits under his electro alias UHF.

As a promoter, his first adventure was Spectrum Nights, monthly sessions held at Oui club, Café la Palma and Siroco from 2005 to 2009, mostly featuring artists from Madrid's underground scene. In 2015 he joined BlueTrain Sessions, creating various events in Siroco club, Berlin Café until 2017, when he left BlueTrain to found his own event platform Holy Crap!

Classic Chicago ride or die bitch style DJ/producer inﬂuenced by The Warehouse, technology, and straight up techno, it’s no wonder she has been named one of Chicago’s top 10 DJ’s by XLR8R magazine. Right prior her leave of absence in her DJ career, Now back after an extended break, she is regularly housed Chicago’s most essential techno club, Spybar, as well as Soundbar, houses her regularly. Her sound is reminiscent of Ifach, Technoir, perhaps a sound equivalent to Axis and Underground Resistance, whom also reference major inﬂuences such as anime and robots.

Jason Balderama aka Mekka goes by many monikers. He is a Miami native who's first musical influences were the sounds of funk and soul that filled his home coming from his mother's stereo. Then during the 80's, the explosion of breakdancing culture and its music laid the foundation for a lifelong path. Those grooves spawned his earliest memories. Spending his teen years involved in punk rock playing bass in a couple bands, and making t-shirts, he found underground sounds that would change his life. In the early 90s, he was given a flyer for an event called Shampoo where he saw Johnny Dangerously and Storm play electro and breaks, which brought him back to his robot roots. Diving deep into the Florida rave scene, as a club kid and dancer, he became driven to mix and eventually produce electro after going to see Anthony Rother perform, which changed his life.
After spinning various events all over the state and doing production for the biggest events, he decided to make the transition from club kid dancer to making people dance.
He started collecting records in the early 90s and formed Resinated Plates with Justin Scott. They began throwing events in South Florida along with Brian Gallant aka Mas Inch who ran Dank Productions.
There wasn't a party that they weren't involved with in those days. From the Zen Days to the first 3 Ultras, they were providing top quality production that everyone wanted at their raves. He landed a weekend job at Karma Records in the mid 2000s in Fort Lauderdale and eventually became the electro and breaks buyer. He learned a lot about music and worked along side Chris Bourne aka Tarantella. He also become friends with Dj Hardware, which opened his mind to a world of quality producers and new music styles. After having releases on small labels such as Coral Castle, Bass Records, and UK label Mokujin Recordings, Mekka has done remix work for UK artist Pip Williams and is looking to branch out to bigger labels and collaborate with other electro producers. He has been sitting on loads of music that will be released soon. This year Mekka will be launching his label Electroscope Records. Be on the lookout.
Above all, this blend master has played and worked with the best in the biz and brings a musical style of dark electro, bass and breakbeat music to his mixes that makes him standout from the rest.
He is a storyteller dj and you'll never know the journey he will take you on..
