Andreas, who ventured into DJing back in 1995, started his musical journey crafting mix tapes and spinning drum and bass in Philadelphia's underground rave scene. Currently based in San Francisco, Andreas combines his love for music with his studies in computer science. Operating under the alias Tygre (@djtygre), he immersed himself in the darker realms of electro, techno, and drum and bass from 1997 to 2000. After a prolonged hiatus, Tygre, inspired by the hypnotic sounds of electro, techno, and drum and bass, is back to spread his passion for music, the art of mixing, and the creation of mesmerizing sonic journeys. From her earliest connection to music from punk to funk growing up surrounded by music culture in Los Angeles and also her involvement in the Music Underground for decades, Blackmoon 77 has had a genuine passion for music which spans across many genres and forms.  She has focused her sound exploration into creating musical journeys that convey her unique point of view and feelings through music. Since the start of her career as a DJ in the late 90’s  until today Blackmoon 77 has taken inspiration from the obscure sounds of post punk/wave and experimental, as well as a true DNA connection to Acidhouse and mutant industrial techno.

As a producer she has released on labels such as Discos de los Quebranto, Feral Colony and Veleno Viola. Her respect for the experimental rule breakers and innovators, as well as the artist who channel their world views on corruption through thier music have been  integral.  In this mix she highlights some of the earliest industrial punk and minimal wave/ synth artist to the newest releases that bring awareness and a message about the angst and joy of the human experience. Enjoy!
