A good feedback is not necessarily an advice. Advice is something, that has worked for me in the past, and I think it is also good for you now. Much more interesting is to share how I feel while I am listening to you and to be an alive response to it. 
That brings us much more into the immediacy of the moment and reveals a lot of subtle information to us and to life. Sharing the presence and the space between us is what transforms the energy.

Good Feedback Is Not Advice

Energy and Grounding
Life is in a constant tension between free energy, potentiality, and structure, life as we know it today. If there is not a good balance, than there can be a lot of energy, but it has no impact on life, on matter, and we are not able to manifest things around ourselves. And there a people that are too structured. We are looking for a healthy tension, a healthy balance between moving forward and also being able to ground it in life. The basis for this balance is layed very early in life. The quality that we meet in our family, in our mother will determine how much the energy of our soul can ground itself in the body that we are expressing ourselves with. Can our vessel hold the energy?

Energy And Grounding - The Healthy Vessel

People get paralysed by all the problems going on in the world, and they dissociate. This dissociation from life is the pathology of the world. How to relate to war? I have a response-ability. When I dissociate I cannot respond anymore. If I practice in my personal life to embrace pain and pleasure I gain the response-ability to connect to pain and pleasure in the world. My ability to respond is my ability to be connected. Moral is from the past. In crisis we need something new, because the old doesn't work.

How To Relate To War

How to perceive news and not to be entangled in them. We learn to listen to a space, that is not influenced by news, perspectives and opinions, but we stay open to it. You allow this information to go in, you resonate and not resonate with it - and you are not sucked into it. That is being connected to one's core, to the clear transpersonal space. (The audio quality is influenced by the skype connection)

Dealing With 'Bad' News from the World

Trauma, light and language - which emotion is 'pain'? Language is one of the prisons that keep us away from the present moment. Usually our language is crystallized past and the pathology of the shadow is already incorporated in our daily language. If we want to awaken to another step of culture we need to awaken from the habit of speaking in a way that fixes the past. Our emotional system is the bridge beween our thoughts, our emotions and our body.

The Language of Trauma

The structure ot the Ego is the will to receive. One way of transcending the ego structure is through service, through pure giving. The nature of the divine is pure abundance. True giving is participating in creation. In the will to give there is an equality with the power which creates. The highest giving is the giving that nobody knows of. This is for our current situation in our time very interesting. Because collectively we live in the moment on a planet where it seems as if we eventually don't have enough.

What Is Your Vision

In spiritual teachings we always have an overlap of developmental stages and higher stages. People who are interested in studying mystical teachings come usually as partly integrated and partly unintegrated grown up persons. The unintegrated parts will constantly interfere with the teaching itself. A growing up is necessary and a waking up. We need both. In the regressive dynamics all kind of stuff, of traumatisation happens. If people are grown up many of the pathologies which are happening in spiritual fields could not happen.
