The moon was dark that night and I sensed something good in the air when I saw the sky completely covered with stars, showing all the beauty of the Milky Way. That kind of view that makes you feel tiny.. The feeling about being free again, after 2 years without festivals, I can't describe it in words. The boomland and the boom team welcomed me in an incredible way! I made this mix with a free and singing heart, playing some of my favorite artists.. in full resonance with each of the beings dancing in front of me.

This is the Ecstatic Dance recording from the Liquid Moon - The Tribal Spirit - event that happened 2. November 2024 in Bergen.

Each track is carefully chosen to support a journey into the heart, and to help us ground and connect with mother nature.

There are invocations and indigenous prayers in the songs, tribal rhythms, nature sounds and organic instruments.
The energy is uplifting, and can take you both deep and high.

I have recorded a Cacao Ceremony intro, that is about 10 minutes long. 
Here the invitation is to sit down, with a cup of Cacao, and you will be guided through a short grounding meditation, we will take some deep breaths together, and there will be time and space for you to find your intention for this journey.

And you don’t need to drink Cacao to take this journey! 

It can also be a meditation and dance session, or background music while you do some yoga, wash the floor or do whatever you need to do. 
The music will gradually build up to an ecstatic part, and if you are listening to this while doing yoga, I recommend to do some full body shaking, or/and some powerfull breathing to really get the energy flowing through the whole body! 
And always take care of yourself, and listen to what your body is telling you it needs in the moment. 
Awareness - thats what we want!

Winter Solstice 2024.

Putting out a winter solstice mix has now become a tradition for me. It is the most important milestone of the year. A cosmic alignment inspiring pagan a christian traditions. The celebration of light is the biggest celebration there is, also it is time for the deepest contemplation. A time when we need to face our inner shadows. Trala Lama, a veteran of the global chillout music scene is presently incarnated in The Netherlands. His love for outdoor parties and festivals is strongly influenced by an experience in his childhood. At the age of seven, he was forced to attend the local music school on Wednesday afternoons, but after three Wednesdays of crying out loud, his parents decided it was better for him to quit the music school and play outside once again. This experience left a lasting impact on him, shaping his musical journey and inspiring his dedication to the outdoor party scene so he decided to be a dj. With a deep understanding of the power of other peoples music and a wealth of experience what not to play at a certain moment his sets are defined by intricate beats, psybientish soundscapes and weird or organic psycho-ethnic textures. Trala Lama continues to inspire and push the boundaries of what is possible in the ever-changing musical landscape on the road to Lamastan
