IONO Music series is back with DUAL RESONANCE from Macedonia.

The Moon’s influence on earth and humans living on it, is pushing forward the influence on the people, in some mysterious way… Dual Resonance is a creation of that influence !
Dual Resonance is a project created by Angel Zdravkovski from Skopje. The story starts in the early period of 21st century,when Angel was influenced by psychedelic music from artists like Cosma, Infected Mushroom… After some period arround 2003 he decided to create his own music, and from that moment he never stop doing it .In meantime he graduated on sound-engineering school in Skopje, and get the potential from the technical side of making music. Couple of years experimenting with sounds and the first project was born, back in 2007 under the name Synesthesia, which lately changed the name to Spirit Architect.After sucsesfull years of traveling and playing on partyes and festivals, angel decide to create project with slower bpm than regular psytrance music, which was result of creating the new project called Dual Resonance. After a couple of releases in 2014 and a collab. with artist from his town Egorythmia, he was invited to join the Iono family, so the story goes on ! :)

Eduardo Orecchia is who is hidden behind Orecch.
Since early age, Eduardo started getting interested in music, playing guitar since 11, inspired by the rock music. After graduating in a Music Conservatory in Brazil, he decided to refine his musician skills by learning and playing Jazz music at the MI (Musicians Institute, CA), where he graduated, which provided him the foundation for his musician career. Back to 2001, he also introduced to the Psy-trance scene. All those different tastes and new sounds blew his mind. After all those years Eduardo decided to focus his experience in the electronic music production, creating the Orecch project which is comprised by captivating melodies and harmonies, giving to those musics a special touch.

“Megapixel is always sending it in her sets, accompanied with an infectious animation of energy through movement. Driving, dark, deep, blissful, cute but not to be taken lightly.’

Megapixel discovered electronic dance music in Western Australia where she was first introduced to psytrance in 2006. She immediately fell in love with the music and culture. She has always had a strong connection to music from a very young age playing the piano, flute and guitar so it was very natural for her to make the progression to DJing and immerse herself in this world. Megapixel played her first set in 2008 quickly becoming a dance floor favourite in Perth. She dedicated many hours developing her skills and started to hold events of her own. In 2011 she wanted to explore this further and made the move to Melbourne where she continued to grow.

Now after 16 years since her debut, Megapixel has established herself as a solid edition to any line up. She has played at some of the biggest dance floors in Australia at Rainbow Serpent Festival, Esoteric Festival, Earthcore Festival, Babylon Festival, Paradigm Festival, Earth Frequency Festival, Elements Festival, Wild Horses Festival, Dragon Dreaming Festival, just to name a few. With hard work and determination driving her forward she also gained popularity over seas playing main stage at Boom Festival in Portugal, Ozora Festival in Hungary, Sunshine Gathering in Japan, Gentenkaiki Festival in Japan, AgeHA in Japan and Dimension Festival in New Zealand.

Megapixel has become one of the most known and recognised Australian DJs in the global psytrance community. Her ability to mix her energetic style with the Japanese middle groove sound didn’t go unnoticed signing to Grasshopper Records in 2017. Preferring to keep her sets versatile she can be heard laying down funky and fun sets for the daytime, or a more serious, groovy and solid sound for the night time setting. With her passion and skill for DJing, she continues to make an impact and you can expect her floor shaking sets to take you on a captivating journey every time.
