I've not uploaded a mix in a while so thought I'd give you guys this mix that i recorded for a night that i am currently a resident DJ for in Manchester. The mix should give you an idea for what I'm aiming for this year with plenty of fresh material from myself and other artists!

Hailing from Manchester (UK), Transcode is a dynamic and highly talented producer / DJ. His sound leans towards energetic & deep, driven techno but he certainly doesn’t limit his horizons, with an unquestionably unique ability to design deep and elaborate tracks that ignore the generic rules and constraints of genres.

As a creative artist his work has been acknowledged and supported up by some of the most prestigious labels and artists in the business. Recent support has come from a wide range of tastemaker DJs, such as Laurent Garnier, Adam Beyer, Monika Kruse, Oliver Koletzki, Joris Voorn, Pleasurekraft, Alan Fitzpatrick and many more. 

With multiple tracks getting into the Beatport Techno top 10 and releases on revered labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Terminal M and Gem Records, Transcode keeps pushing high quality music into the world and has a promising and exciting future ahead of him.

Tom Cannier was born in 1985 in Zagreb, Croatia. From very early age music became a part of his life when going to school without walkman or later discman was unimaginable. Got in touch with electronic music in high school and immediately fell in love with it. Soon tried to mix and produce with very modest equipment and started playing mostly private parties ongoing for almost 20 years, which made him find a wide range of sounds and vibes in almost any genre and style.

During the lockdown in 2020 Tom found online communities and charity events that got him in livestreamig. First was "Set for Love" by Last Night a DJ Saved My Life.

As people found the way to enjoy music and have fun in their homes Tom joined few online DJ groups from UK and some of them started internet radio stations where he's a resident DJ playing till present day.

Since lockdown ended he had some opportunities to play in public again: private parties, bars and pubs, and in summer 2022 at Aquarius Zagreb.

In conclusion, Tom Cannier is house and techno DJ who doesn't stick to specific style but tries to keep his sets entertaining with variety of sound and sometimes unpredictable selections
