The first of hopefully many sets that I'd like to share with you.

To start the series off, this mix is built out of tracks & traces of what excites me about techno and the rave culture in general. Enveloped in Deepchord's intro and closing tracks, the set is a testament to what inspired me to pick up techno production and mixing in the first place. Hope you enjoy this one.

Wills Witbooi - musician, DJ, selector and founder of a radio show @DzunglaJestMasywna focused on exploration of British underground club music. Long-running host of @HALOPOPIERDOL - a party series paying homage to the 90s era of outdoor soundsystem raves and @TUNE:L - Cracow-based collective experimenting with all shades of bass music.
The following mix is a deep dive into a nostalgic (yet powerful) aesthetic with groovy overtones, but with every track the experience gets dirtier and more wicked.
Witbooi’s selection proves to be eclectic and respectful towards the techno classics, while being heavily influenced by the UK's raw nu school sound.

Heather Helix is a Poznań based DJ with background in classical music. Her adventure started after winning mix contest organized by Oramics collective in 2019. Since then, she regularly appears at local clubs, but she also played in Wrocław, Warsaw, Gdańsk and Kraków. Usually serves multi-genre sets containing techno, electro, trance and acid. Her record collection is dominated by arpeggiators, Roland TB-303, as well as processed vocals and melodic leads.

This DJ set was recorded at Las Palace during the KONEKT Festival 2023.

Ewa Nomad is a Ukrainian DJ, sound producer and co-founder of the Nowa project, which aims to raise funds and humanitarian aid  for people affected by the war. Since the war Ewa was forced to relocate from Kyiv to Berlin. She creates soundscapes for video campaigns of both Ukrainian and international fashion brands, seamlessly blending the worlds of fashion and music. Her approach to sound production is always innovative and she is known for pushing the boundaries of what is possible in this field. Her Dj set is an experimental trip to deep techno, electro, mixed with broken beat and driving percussion. Whether you are a fan of techno music or simply enjoy innovative and experimental soundscapes, Ewa’s DJ sets are not to be missed.
