A Waje deberían conocerle de episodios tan gloriosos en la historia del clubbing subterráneo madrileño como son 8Z8 y el Colectivo Robotique, y ahora los proyectos Orbita y Moebium.  

Hay que decir que los de Post Club hemos crecido con Waje como profesor de escuela, mamando ávidamente de sus sesiones todoterreno en Specka en las que conjugaba con maestría electro, techno, drones y cualquier estilo nacido en los 80, ya sea New Beat, Industrial, EBM, Cold Wave y un largo etcétera. Lo que siempre nos dejó a cuadros es su capacidad para cambiar de estilos siempre logrando sonar a él mismo, amén de una técnica excelsa que le permite aguantar las mezclas un larguísimo tiempo. Pese a su veteranía, Waje siempre está al tanto de las novedades y siempre ha sabido incorporar nuevos lenguajes a su engrasada paleta de ritmos maquinales. El otro día tuvo a bien abrir el concierto de Esplendor Geométrico en el Centro Cívico Delicias de Zaragoza y que mejor para rebootear nuestra serie de podcasts que la sesión enlatada de tan ilustre evento. Supernovas originally formed the basic chemical elements which subsequently merged in a myriad of variations, creating life as well.
All the components of our world descend from that single original replicating molecule. 
In a primitive stage, a functional distribution of energy was regulating the self-selection as the only workable explanation for the design and variety of all life on this planet. Such harmony meant prosperity of hearth as a whole unique entity; a perpetual thriving of life cycles. 
Meanwhile, humans developed their own ego to the point to think that they were fallen angels rather than risen apes. Their unique highly developed intelligence made humans the only rational beings on the planet, but it is by rational choice that they consciously keep inflicting pain and humiliation, a planetary torture running through the ages. 
Proliferation of humans doomed the dynamics, tampering with the energy fluxes and distorting the relationships amongst the entities. By rationally choosing to ignore their native compassion, humans become guilty and they self-sentence their own end. We have gone too far and sacrificed too much to disdain the future that we designed now, while the metastasizing process of the planet grows, the past increases and the future recedes.

The sound of one of the most advanced projects of the ‘90s comes back into the spotlight almost 20 years later. “Iesope Drift” and “Ostia” are two of the monikers of producers D. Blaze and Ronald L., best known as the duo “Obscurum” from the golden era of techno.

This mini-compilation joins four of their best productions released under the label “Seico Corp”, a cult record imprint for incited listeners and lovers of the deep and raw side of electronic music. Including milestone tracks “Arlette” and “Idioms”, it aims to be a tribute to the original series, and of course, to the producers that shaped it.

The Berlin-based label Ownlife debuts this new series called “Seld”, perpetuating the legacy of some of techno’s pioneers, and bringing the attention back to music that keeps the pure character and commitment it was created with.
