Marcelo França, nascido em abril de 1971 na cidade de São Gonçalo região metropolitana do estado do Rio de Janeiro, começou a se interessar por música extrema em meados da década de 80. O seu envolvimento com música experimental/anti música se deu no final da mesma década, mais especificamente no ano de 1989. Em 1995 já residindo na cidade de Juazeiro região norte do estado da Bahia, inicia suas atividades com o projeto Noise Machine com o qual lançou diversos materiais. É mentor de diversos projetos na área da anti musicalidade, como: Frowzy (Noisecore Experimental), Condiloma (Goregrind), Noise Haunted Insane (Noisecore), Repine (Drone Noise), Enxame (HNW), Under The Pain (Drone Doom). Com o novo projeto que leva seu nome começa uma nova fase em suas experimentações ruidosas.

Formed in Moscow, Russia, by Ixes and Al-Maytatu L-Habithu. Project works in several areas: music, film, art, propaganda. In the tradition of true industrial music, [Qamat is-sa'atu] adheres of the principles of DIY and Lo-Fi aesthetic. The basic concept - a rejection of modern values of the custumer society, extreme individualism, a triumph of the spiritual over material, escape from reality, the expansion of consciousness. Genre can only be described in general terms as Post-Industrial, because the project doesn't recognize the limits in style, working in "united information space (UIS)". Sound design combines synthetic melodies and heavy electronics with live instruments.
