A very special and important set that was played at one of mexicos biggest and craziest psychedelic gatherings in none other than Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico. For anyone in the know, Guadalajara is marked as a hotspot for some of the best psychedelic gatherings in Mexico as well as some of the biggest in terms of headcount. It is at these gatherings that I was inspired to take on the artistic path that would eventually result in the present day project named Razing Prophet which in this occasion had the opportunity to return to the lands responsible for inspiring the journey as an active part of the experience. It goes without saying that this has been the most important gig in my career as an artist due to the personal background and history in this location. I am honored and beyond grateful for the life experiences that have led my journey to this place and time where I am able to stand upon the stage of the events that once sparked a fire in my soul and watch it come full circle. I got onto that stage more nervous than I've ever been at any performance and put my very soul into this one. Special thanks to Mom for her unconditional support, Lysergica 25 for the opportunity to be a part of their vision, and all the people that have supported, taught, and aided me on my path over the years. Mantis is side project of Ilya groove hunter from Russia, Ilya got hooked on psychedelic trance sound in 2005 at that time the artist started studying different sequencers and ways of making a personal unique sound, he start focusing on Mantis project and forest sounds in goa at 2018, same year released his first EP - Natural Carving. In November 2019 was released his full album «Jungle stores» with few collaborations.Mantis immerses you in a deep forest twisted rhythm and surrounds you with natural textures together with fat leads and a tight bassline rhythm.
