Born and raised in the Seattle area and always surrounded by different types of music. My personal musical journey took me from 80s synth-pop, to early rap & hip-hop, metal, grunge, punk, and then industrial music, before finding house, techno, and the underground Seattle rave scene in the early 90s. After going to my first rave in 1993, I was absolutely hooked, started collecting vinyl, and bought my first set of Technics SL1200MK2 turntables and DJ mixer in 1995. 

Collecting vinyl and DJing led me to Platinum Records Seattle, an underground vinyl store,  where I worked from 2000 to late 2003, during a massive resurgence of rave culture in Seattle. During that time, I played multiple raves at old venues like NAF, Studio B, Club Insight, Club FX, and clubs/after-hours like Aero Space, Noc Noc, Liquid Lounge, Club Contour, etc. 

At the end of 2003 I starting working for Rane Corporation WA, a pro-audio/ DJ mixer company that was based in Mukilteo area from 1981 until the closing of the factory in 2016. While at Rane from 2003-2016, I worked as a Product Specialist, Technical Support, Product Clinician, Social Media Manager, Artist Relations, Beta Tester, Project Manager, and Product Design, and the designer of the infamous Rane MP2015 and Rane MP2014 rotary DJ mixers. 

Fast forward to today, I am still DJing, still raving, and now throwing underground parties in the Seattle area (ifykyk 😘). I'm a resident DJ for the Diffusion crew, Brit Jean Presents, and Blue Moon. I've been producing music under the name "Double Helix," a musical duo with my good friend Rob Ali, with two releases out (so far) on Deep Contour Music, and Seattle's own Uniting Souls Music!

Luizinho começou a sua carreira em 1990 como LIGHT-JOCKEY no SILVER SCREEN - Albufeira.
So em 1991 deu inicio a sua carreira como Dj na Discoteca SILVIA`S - Albufeira, passando depois por alguns Club`s como o 7 E MEIO CLUB - Albufeira, SILVER-SCREEN - Albufeira, mas foi entre 1993 ate 1996 que se deu a conhecer nas noites inesquecives da KADOC - Boliqueime, Loulé onde esteve como Dj residente durante 3 anos.
Seguiu sua carreira na discoteca ULTIMATUM - Coimbra, PANDORA - Beja, ESTAÇÃO - Montemor Novo, H2O - Quarteira, ALABASTRO - Albufeira e LOCOMIA CLUB - Albufeira onde esteve como dj residente durante 4 anos tocando lado a lado com grandes nomes da musica de dança como DEEP DISH, DAVID MORALES, ERICK MORE MORILLO, JOSH WINK, PLASTIKMAN , LUIS "XL" GARCIA, DAVE CLARK ,SVEN VATH, DJ VIBE, HECTOR ROMERO, CARLOS MANAÇA, MASTERS AT WORK, JIGGY, Dj CHUS, MARCO CAROLA, UMEK, ADAM BEYER entre muitos outros.
E foi a partir de aqui que expandiu o seu trabalho por alguns Paises da Europa como Ilhas Canarias, Inglaterra, Republica da Irlanda, Alemanha, Espanha.
E do outro lado do Oceano Atlantico no Brasil.
Dj Luizinho teve o seu radio show na KISS FM ( 101.2 ) onde o seu programa ia para o ar todas as quintas feiras entre as 00h/01h durante 3 anos.
No ano de 2012 decidiu criar a sua propia agencia de eventos de musica electronica - " BE PROUD MANAGEMENT ".
Mas só no final desse mesmo ano realizou o primeiro evento com o " carimbo " - B P M. 
After de Passagem de ano 2012/2013 e dia 26 Abril 2013 no kiss Club - Albufeira, com a vinda do Dj Internacional Trevor Rockcliffe ( Mentor Records ).
Dai pra cá tem vindo a organizar eventos pelo Algarve na maior parte e sempre com Dj´s algarvios na " convocatoria " dos seus eventos.
No dia 14 Setembro 2013 foi o dia para comemorar o 1ª Aniversario BPM - Be Proud Management onde a grande atração foi a vinda do Dj Norte Americano HECTOR ROMERO director executivo da Def Mix Records label que pertence a DAVID MORALES.
Deste entao os convites de grandes nomes da dance sceen continuaram ate a data de hoje, Sergio Fernandez (Insert coins Records), Hector Romero-( Def Mix), Carlos manaça (Magna Recrdins), Cevin Fhisher-( Import Tracks).
