Dani Kays (born 5 May 1988) is a swedish record producer. Dani has always been fascinated by music and instruments but it wasn’t until later he started making electronic music. Before that, he messed around with his guitar and computer, recording some basic guitar and bass loops, excited with what he could produce. But for some reason other things occupied his mind and time went by. 2015 he started to discover the creation of electronic music and he completely loved it. Since then, all of his mind is focused on learning more and more to get that perfect mix. One may think that the songs released under Dani Kays are the only songs he has done. For starters he went by another name and a numerous of songs are hidden somewhere on the internet. A characteristics of his music is the classical instruments like piano and violins mixed with computerized synths. 2015 became a turning point in his life, in a way that the creational process gives his life purpose, a meaning and another way to go by in life. In his younger days, Dani mainly listened to rock, punk-rock. Green Day was his first ever omg-moment. But as time went by, the swedish group Slagsmålsklubben influenced him alot, who later on led him to listen to Detektivbyrån. Alot of influence comes from them, but of course, no one ever escapes artists like Avicii, Garrix, and Walker, who themselves have made a big print in the music industry. Not being a copy, he’s Dani Kays, who once read a line saying ”a winner is a dreamer who never gives up”.
